The concept is simple, since several years we are organizing special days or special week “Only Girl”. The idea is not to deprive the men of precious tips but more to share and improve between girls with a relaxed atmosphere.

We can organize yoga session or bbq at the end of the day!

" It was a ONLY GIRLS coaching with Marion and Delphine, The atmosphere was really nice. We were around 12, all day long on the water. I learned a lot, with special tips from women, it was really special and useful. The manner of teaching is different and nice. We talked a lot about tuning, sailing in comfort, specially to keep the energy on the DEFI long distance! "

" I registered for DEFI WIND in 2016 and 2017, but no wind and no races.. For 2019, i was not sure about doing it, but the coaching with Marion and Delphine motivated me and i loved it !
