I registered for DEFI WIND in 2016 and 2017, but no wind and no races.. For 2019, i was not sure about doing it, but the coaching with Marion and Delphine motivated me and i loved it ! Amazing atmosphere with the girls with all ages and levels.. Lot of tips specially about DEFI. I clearly rejuvenated, my last slalom was in 1996.. Cherry on the cake, i won in my category !

It was a ONLY GIRLS coaching with Marion and Delphine, The atmosphere was really nice. We were around 12, all day long on the water. I learned a lot, with special tips from women, it was really special and useful. The manner of teaching is different and nice. We talked a lot about tuning, sailing in comfort, specially to keep the energy on the DEFI long distance!
